I was recommended here by my step mum . I have had 5 years of issues with my shoulder and currently waiting for shoulder surgery. Since the start of lockdown the pain has been extremely severe and has impacted not just my physical but mental well-being. I am on my 4th week and i can finally sleep at night pain free. I never thought this could happen. I’m currently attending the practice twice a week and Chris is just absolutely outstanding. He’s extremely caring and puts your mind at ease and didn’t promise me any miracles but it sure is working for me. As soon as you walk into the practice you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. I would highly recommend this practice. Chris is honest, he will tell you if he can help or not. I am finally starting to feel human again without the constant pain in my shoulder.

I came to the back and neck clinic following an accident as a result of which I have been left reliant on crutches to get around. This resulted in severely painful shoulders from the new usage! I went to the Cardiff clinic where Chris offered a combination of treatments to help me, clearly explaining all that was needed. When I first attended even touching my shoulders caused more than discomfort but regular attendance has improved this 100% from what it was at the start. I still attend the clinic though less frequently now, I find that this prevents deterioration. Chris has an easy relaxed manner which dispels any apprehension. I would highly recommend anyone suffering to give the chiropractor a go, it certainly can take more than the edge from your discomfort/suffering.

I've been treated here by Chris for over a year now, can't recommend him enough. With his treatment and advice the upper back and shoulder issues that I accumulated over a lifetime of sitting at the computer for work have improved significantly. Would recommend him to anyone!

Chris has been excellent since I first came to back and neck after a slipped disc that left me hospitalised for 9 days. He immediately gave me confidence that he could help me and started a treatment programme that assisted getting me back healthy and strong. I've since been to him for other problems that I would never have thought a chiropractor could help with as it wasn't to do with my back, but again, he has proven to be highly knowledgeable and got straight to the root of my problem and designed a treatment plan to help me.
